1. Program Description
Sentry Property Inspections offers complimentary visual storm damage inspections to property owners and authorized representatives in the Chicagoland area at no cost to the homeowner.
2. Nature of Inspection
Our inspections are visual assessments only. We are not licensed home inspectors, public adjusters, or attorneys. Our inspections do not constitute a home inspection, insurance adjustment, legal advice, or engineering report. We do not provide written reports. Findings are shared verbally with the decision-maker present at the time of inspection. We do not interpret insurance policy language or make coverage determinations.
3. Decision-Maker Requirement
All decision-makers for the property must be present at the time of inspection. We reserve the right to reschedule if a decision-maker is unavailable.
4. Realtor and Property Manager Referrals
Realtors and property managers who refer clients acknowledge that our inspections are complimentary visual assessments only and are not full home inspections as defined by state licensing requirements. No referral fee is paid or received.
5. SMS Communications

6. Limitation of Liability
Sentry Property Inspections is not liable for any damages arising from reliance on our visual inspection findings. Our services are provided as-is without warranty. We are not responsible for outcomes related to insurance claims, contractor work, or property transactions.

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
