Your claim was denied. Don't you deserve to know what was actually there?
A denial is not necessarily final. Carriers miss damage, misattribute causes, and write estimates that don't reflect the full scope. We inspect independently — and if we believe your claim can be reopened, we handle the process from there.
Request Denied Claim ReviewHow it works
Request a review
Submit your request below. Have your denial letter and any adjuster estimate available — we want to understand what the carrier said before we inspect.
Independent inspection
We inspect the property without any obligation to the carrier's findings. We look at roof, siding, gutters, and related systems — including interior thermal imaging when applicable. We show you what we find.
We assess the denial
We review the carrier's findings against what we observed. If we believe the denial was incorrect — missed damage, wrong cause attribution, incomplete scope — we tell you directly.
We handle what comes next
If the claim can be reopened and you want to move forward, we connect you with vetted specialists who handle the restoration and claim management process. You don't have to navigate it alone.
Why claims get denied — and why denials can often be reversed
Damage was missed
Carrier adjusters cover many properties quickly. Hail bruising, granule loss, and impact patterns on siding require trained eyes and time to document accurately. What they miss, we find.
Wrong cause attribution
Carriers may attribute storm damage to pre-existing wear and tear. A properly documented independent inspection establishes when damage occurred and what caused it.
Incomplete scope
An adjuster may write for repair when replacement is warranted, or miss entire elevations of siding damage. Scope disputes are among the most common and most reversible denial types.
Storm date disputes
Carriers sometimes deny claims citing the damage predates the reported storm. We document current conditions and can work with storm data to establish the timeline.
Siding damage is the most commonly missed — and the most commonly denied.
Hail and wind damage to siding is visible to trained eyes but easy for adjusters to overlook or attribute to aging. Impact patterns, fracture lines, and paint oxidation breaks tell a clear story when you know what to look for. Siding claims are among the most reversible when properly documented.
Common questions
My insurance claim was denied. Can an inspection help?+
Yes — and it often does. We inspect the property independently, review what the carrier found (or missed), and assess whether the denial can be challenged. If we believe the claim can be reopened, we handle the process from there. We specialize in turning denials into approvals.
Why do claims get denied?+
Common reasons include: damage attributed to wear and tear rather than a storm event, missed damage that wasn't properly documented, disputes over storm date versus installation date, and adjuster estimates that scope only partial damage. Most denials are not final.
Do you negotiate with insurance companies?+
No. We are property inspectors — not public adjusters or attorneys. We document what we observe and walk you through the findings. If we determine the claim can be reopened, we refer you to vetted specialists who handle the negotiation and work to get your claim approved.
Do you provide a written report?+
No. This is a complimentary inspection. We walk you through what we find at the inspection. If we proceed with reopening the claim, the documentation process is handled through the restoration and claim management process.
How long does it take?+
We respond within 4 business hours and schedule the inspection as soon as possible. Claim timelines vary by carrier and complexity — but getting an independent inspection on the record is always the right first step.
Is there a cost?+
The initial inspection is complimentary. Our interest is in qualifying properties where we can make a difference. If the property qualifies and you choose to move forward, the restoration and claim process is handled by vetted partners.
