Commercial & HOA

Storm damage inspections for commercial properties and associations.

HOA boards, property managers, and commercial owners face different pressures than residential homeowners — asset protection, documentation for reserves, and decisions that affect many stakeholders at once. We understand what you need and provide it clearly.

What we provide

🔍

Storm Damage Assessment

A thorough inspection of roof systems, exterior cladding, gutters, flashings, and related components. Ground-level and drone aerial where needed. Findings are reviewed with you at the inspection.

🌡️

Thermal Imaging

Flat and low-slope roofs trap moisture in insulation long before interior signs appear. Thermal imaging detects wet insulation and hidden moisture — particularly effective after rain events. Included on commercial inspections.

🚁

Drone Aerial Inspection

FAA Part 107 licensed drone operation for safe, accurate inspection of large and inaccessible roof areas. We document what can't be seen from the ground.

📸

Photo Documentation

Systematic documentation of findings with photographs. Overview and detail photo pairs. Organized by elevation and roof section. Reviewed with you at the inspection.

📋

Findings Review

We walk through what we found, explain the damage clearly, and discuss next steps. We can discuss condition, scope, and options for your board or ownership group.

🏦

Insurance Claim Support

When damage is identified and you choose to proceed with a claim, we can connect you with vetted contractors experienced in commercial restoration and insurance claim management.

Who we work with

🏘️

HOA Boards

Associations need documentation that supports board decisions, reserve planning, and carrier conversations. We provide clear findings and answer questions from the board.

🗂️

Property Managers

Managing multiple properties means storm events require fast, organized assessments. We work efficiently and provide findings that help you prioritize next steps across your portfolio.

🏢

Commercial Owners

Retail, office, mixed-use, and industrial properties. Flat roofs, large footprints, rooftop equipment. We inspect the full system and document what matters for your carrier conversation.

Report is prepared and released upon payment confirmation.

All inspections are non-invasive assessments of visible conditions only. Not a substitute for a full engineering assessment or code compliance inspection.

What makes this different

Carrier-side perspective
Our lead inspector spent 7 years inspecting for an insurance carrier. He knows how adjusters evaluate commercial damage, what documentation carries weight, and where assessments typically fall short.
Thermal imaging as standard
Most commercial inspection companies charge extra for infrared. We include thermal imaging on every commercial inspection — it's too important on flat roofs not to.
FAA certified drone operation
Legal, safe, certified drone inspection. Not a workaround. FAA Part 107 certification means we can fly where we need to and document what matters.
No contractor pressure
Our inspection is independent of the restoration outcome. If damage is found and you want to proceed, we can make introductions — but that decision is entirely yours.
